Ice packs for better cooling • With caster wheels Dimensions: (LxWxH) 38 x 38 x 83 cm LIMITED WARRANTY: ► All TORNADO BLASTER products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects and carry a (6) six months free service warranty and (3) three months parts warranty from the date of delivery date. ► Wear and tear parts like filter, cooling pad, wheels, pre-filter nets, drain cap, louver, remote control including accessories, etc. are not covered by this warranty. ► Please contact our service department for a complete listing of service charges for all models. ►Transportation, freight, duty, taxes, and other miscellaneous charges when sending units for repair are for the sole account of the customer. ► It is the sole discretion of CMPI to first observe and evaluate units sent for repair to establish if the defect is covered by warranty and all replaced parts automatically become the property of CMPI. ► Replaced parts of under warranty units carry the same warranty period based on the original purchase date. ► Replaced parts of out of warranty units carry a three (3) months warranty from the date of release of goods to customer. ► Services charges for out of warranty units are subject to change without prior notice. EXCLUSIONS ON WARRANTY: ► Defects arising from misuse, tampered, mishandled, accidentally damaged, alteration, addition or changes made on the unit or its accessories. ► Preventive services and maintenance such as cleaning or washing of filters & pads. Lubrication of motors & wheels and etc. ► Defects arising due to unauthorized repair or replacement of parts other than the TORNADO BLASTER genuine/recommended parts. ► Return of units due to emotional complaints like noise or vibration which are not defects in quality or workmanship or tampering of serial number labels. ► Defects due to transportation by other parties and not CMPI. ► Damage or loss of units to theft, robbery, fire or force majeure.
